Old Hickory is not responsible for permits, snow/wind load requirements, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local building inspector and/or homeowner's association for information on requirements and restrictions.

DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY - How it works! For all ON LOT Buildings your FREE Delivery radius is 30 miles of the buildings location. If you are over 30 miles there will be a small fee which is based on the size of the building and paid directly to the delivery driver. These miles are only calculated 1 way!

SET-UP

Our delivery drivers will set up you building and level it at no charge. What does this mean? The property owner is responsible for making sure the ground is level and if you choose to have concrete, asphalt, road mix and or gravel in place make sure that is complete prior to your building delivery.
